Section 13(1) in Andhra Pradesh Pulses (Licensing Storage and Regulation) Order, 2007
(1)Any person who holds a licence under the Order, or his agent or servant or any other person acting on his behalf and transacting business by purchasing pulses shall not purchase the pulses of fair average quality specifications at a price lower than the price notified, if any, by the State Government or the Central Government.
