Section 14(17) in Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Establishment, Recognition, Administration and Control of Institutions of Higher Education) Rules, 1987

(17)The educational agency shall adopt the code of code of conduct prescribed for the teaching and non-teaching staff.Form-I[Under rule 5 (1)]Application for opening of New Educational Institutions.
