Section 4(ii) in Himachal Pradesh Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council Rules, 2018
(ii)Such references shall be attached with fee or processing charges as notified by the Government and with an undertaking from aggrieved Micro and Small Enterprise unit that it has not moved a reference before the Civil Court in the same dispute.
