Section 14(1) in The Orissa Self-Help Co-operatives Act, 2001
(1)The Registrar of Co-operative Societies appointed under Sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Co-operative Societies Act and the Additional Registrar of. Co-operative Societies, the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies, the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies and the Assistant Registrar of Co-operative Societies appointed under Sub-section (2) of Section 3 of the same Act may be empowered by the State Government to exercise such powers and perform such duties of the Registrar under this Act.
