Section 34(1) in Jammu and Kashmir State Trust for Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities Act, 2018
(1)The Government may, by notification in the Government Gazette, make rules for carrying out the provisions of this Act.
