Section 59(i) in Punjab Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1952
(i)Separate main switches and main cut-outs shall be provided as near as possible to the source of supply in the building for the general emergency, projector and enclosure circuits and for all fan circuits, provided that the emergency lighting main switch and cut-outs are suitably indicated and are not mounted on the same board as any other control.
