the Petitions.

. Heard Mr. Bapat, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner.
2. By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the order passed by the Labour Court, holding that the enquiry conducted by the petitioner was not legal, fair and proper and that even the findings recorded by the enquiry officer were perverse.
3. The learned senior counsel tenders details of 15 other petitions, raising identical issues in respect of other employees of the petitioner company. The said writ petitions are taken on Board.
4. Having heard the learned senior counsel for the petitioner company in these petitions, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 15.01.2025.
5. Additionally, the petitioner company shall serve the respondents by way of private service and file affidavit of service within four weeks from today.
6. The petitioner shall remove objections in these writ petitions also within the period of four weeks from today.
