2. MA No. 4036/2018 in O.A. No.3631/2018, MA No. 4034/2018 in O.A. No.3632/2018 and MA No. 4031/2018 in O.A. No.3635/2018, filed for joining together, are allowed.
3. MA No. 4037/2018 in O.A. No.3631/2018, MA No. 4035/2018 in O.A. No.3632/2018 and MA No. 4032/2018 in O.A. No.3635/2018, filed for seeking exemption from filing original copies of the annexures are allowed.

All the applicants in these batch of OAs are working on contractual basis, in different capacities under the respondents, having appointed on different dates in different years, filed the OAs seeking a direction to the respondents to initiate the exercise of regularization of services of the applicants in the light of various judicial pronouncements including the judgment of the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay dated 19.10.2013 in W.P. ( C) No.2046/2010 in Sachin Ambadas Vs. State of Maharashtra and judgment of a Division Bench of the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi in W.P. (C) 6798/2002 in Sonia Gandhi and Others Vs. Government of NCT of Delhi decided on 06.11.2013 which attained finality on 03.03.2016 in SLP Nos.31596-31606/2014 and also the various orders passed by the Government of NCTD.
5. It is submitted that the above referred grievances of the applicants were ventilated, vide Annexure A-11 letter dated 18 OA 3631/2018 and connected OAs 14.05.2018 in all the OAs, but the respondents have not passed any order thereon till date.
6. In the circumstances, all the three OAs are disposed of, without going into the merits of the case, by directing the respondents to consider the claims of the applicants for regularization, duly keeping in view the above referred decisions and to pass appropriate reasoned and speaking orders, in accordance with law, within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
