Section 10(2) in The Orissa Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation Rules, 1981
(2)Where the Managing Director is not a Government servant or being a Government servant has subsequently ceased to be so, he shall be entitled to leave and leave salary as may be admissible to other officers of the Corporation under the regulations framed by the Corporation from time to time.
