73. Final authority of society.
- Subject to the provisions in this Act and the rales, the final authority of every society shall vest in the general body of members in general meeting, summoned in such a manner as may be specified in the bye-laws :Provided that, where the bye-laws of a society provide for the election of delegates of such members, the final authority may vest in the delegates of such members elected in the prescribed manner, and assembled in general meeting.
