52. Filling up of vacancies in the Advisory Committee etc.
- The vacancy in the office of a member of the Advisory Committee occurring by reason of death, resignation or otherwise shall be filled up by the State Government in consultation with the first Vice-Chancellor, and the vacancy in the office of a member of any Sub-Committee or Interim Board of Studies or panel of advisers occurring by reason of death, resignation or otherwise shall be filled up by the first Vice-Chancellor in consultation with the Advisory Committee.
