Respondents to deploy the Forest Guards and Watchers upto the
approved strength fully in the protected forest areas of Tamilnadu and to
implement the Forest Laws and Cattle Trespass Act properly to protect
all the forests.

ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The writ on hand has been instituted to direct the respondents to deploy the Forest Guards and Watchers up to the approved strength fully in the protected forest areas of Tamilnadu and to implement the Forest Laws and Cattle Trespass Act properly to protect all the forests.
2.It is needless to say that the provisions of the Forest Act and other related statutes and rules are to be scrupulously followed for protecting the forest, reserved forest and forest areas.
3.Therefore, the relief sought for deserves no further consideration. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
