(3)Every application for allotment under these rules shall [ordinarily] [Inserted by G.S.R. 109, Dated 7-1-1983; published in Rajasthan Gazette Extraordinary Part IV-C (II), Dated 15-1-83, p. 386.] be disposed of within three months from the date of receipt.
