Section 37 in The Motor Vehicles (Driving) Regulations, 2017
37. Use of mobile telephones and communication devices.
(1)The driver shall not use any hand held mobile phone or other communication device.(2)No trainer or supervisor shall use a mobile phone or other communication device while training or supervising a learner driver.
