Section 6A(3)(a) in The Rajasthan Legislative Assembly (Officers and Members Emoluments and Pension) Act, 1956

(a)two hundred rupees if he avails himself of the use of an official residence provided to him by the State Government in Jaipur but does not avail himself of the use of furniture to which he is entitled under sub-section (1);
