3. Mr. Ajay Digpaul, ld. counsel submits that he was unable to file the affidavit as the concerned officers of the Passport Seva Programme (PSP) Division, Ministry of External Affairs, are unwell and as such, he has been unable to procure the requisite documents.

4. Either way, since the Petitioner wishes to travel to India to meet his ailing mother in Bangalore and his passport was stated to have been cancelled without notice to him, ld. Counsel for the Respondent may seek instructions in the matter as to the manner in which his travel could be facilitated during these difficult times.
