Section 50(1) in Haryana Panchayati Raj Election Rules, 1994
(1)On receiving the ballot paper, the voter shall forthwith proceed to the polling compartment and mark his preference by putting the seal provided for the purpose on the symbol printed on the ballot paper. He shall fold the ballot paper and shall insert it in the sealed ballot box kept before the Presiding Officer in a conspicuous manner.
