Section 13 in Sikkim Interpretation and General Clauses Act, 1977
13. Expression of time.
- Where in any Sikkim law any reference to a specified time of the day occurs, such time shall, unless it is otherwise specifically stated, be deemed to mean the Indian Standard Time.
