Section 24(1) in The Bihar Excise (Settlement of Licences for Retail Sale of Country/Spiced Country Liquor/Foreign Liquor/ Beer and Composite Liquor Shop) Rules, 2007
(1)On violation of the provisions of these Rules, conditions of license or conditions of sale notification or general conditions applicable to vend licenses by the licensee in any manner, action will be taken under Section 42 of the Bihar Excise Act.
