1. After the arguments were submitted by Mr. Dhanesh Relan, learned counsel for the defendant No.1, the matter was passed over and taken up again at 2:19 PM. However, none is present at repeated calls on behalf of the plaintiff.
2. It is seemed that written submissions on the application were filed on behalf of the plaintiff on 27th September, 2021 which shall be considered by this Court.
