Section 13(1) in The Rajasthan Lokayukta and Up-Lokayuktas Act, 1973
(1)Notwithstanding any thing contained in section 10 or any other provisions of this Act., whoever wilfully or maliciously makes any false complaint under this Act shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years and shall also be liable to fine.
