Section 30A(1) in Karnataka Khadi and Village Industries Act, 1956
(1)The State Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, declare that with effect from such date as may be specified in the notification, the Board shall be dissolved and thereupon the Board shall be deemed to be dissolved and accordingly the Board and any committee constituted by the Board shall cease to function.
