Section 1(1)(e) in Punjab Privately Managed Recognized Affiliated Aided Colleges (Pension and Contributory Provident Fund) Rules, 2002

(e)'Director' means the Director of Public Instruction (Colleges), Punjab and includes any other officer authorized by the State Government to perform the functions of the Director under this Act.
