7. Jurisdiction of the University.
(1)The University shall exercise its jurisdiction within its campus.(2)Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), the Trust or the University may set up or run institutions outside the jurisdiction of its campus and the institutions so set up or run, shall be deemed to have been affiliated with the University irrespective of the fact that the area within which such institutions are run or set up, fall within the territorial jurisdiction of any other University, Board or any other affiliating body.(3)After the establishment of the University, it may decide as to from which date the institutions run or established by the Trust, which were earlier affiliated to any other University, Board or any other affiliating body, shall be affiliated with the University.
