We find no good ground and reason to interfere with the Signature Not Verified impugned Digitally signed by babita pandey Date: 2026.03.17 judgment/order, as the High Court merely remanded the 17:21:59 IST Reason:
matter for consideration of certain aspects. 1 Learned senior counsel appearing for the respondents on advance notice/caveat states, on instructions, that pending the examination of the matter pursuant to the remand, no further third-party interests would be created in the unsold flats without the leave of the Court.
Recording the aforesaid statement, the special leave petition is disposed of.
Given the nature of the matter and the interests of the parties, we would request the Civil Court concerned at Bengaluru, Karnataka, to expedite, to the extent possible, the hearing of the matter pursuant to the remand order.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
