- In accordance with the instructions in the preceding paragraph, Superintendent shall, on the 1st of January and 1st of July of each year forward to the Inspector-General a report (Form No. 99) on the prisoners confined in their jails under sections 330 and 335 of the Code.Note. - When no such prisoners are confined in the jail, a blank return should be submitted.
