Section 20(1) in The Life Insurance Corporation of India (Agents) Regulations, 2017
(1)Every agent shall have a right of appeal to the Zonal Manager concerned of the Corporation against an order terminating the appointment and or forfeiture of renewal commission or suspending him from procurement of new business under regulation 15 or regulation 16 or regulation 18 or sub-regulation (2) of regulation 19.
