Section 23(1)(II) in Andhra Pradesh Farmers Management of Irrigation Systems Rules

(II)Have you already voted at the present election at this polling station or at any other polling station? And the person shall not be supplied with a ballot paper unless he gives an unqualified answer to the question or questions put to him or her in the affirmative to the first and in the negative to the second or such questions. Except as mentioned herein, every person whose name is found on the Voters List shall be entitled to be supplied with a ballot paper.
