Section 1 in The Karnataka Educational Institutions (Prohibition Of Capitation Fee) Act, 1984
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Karnataka Educational Institutions (Prohibition of Capitation Fee) Act, 1984.(2)[ This section, clause (c) of section 15 and sub-sections (2) and (4) of section 16 shall come into force at once and the remaining provisions of this Act shall be deemed to have come into force on the Eleventh day of July 1983.] [Sub Section (2) substituted by Act 17 of 1985 w.e.f. 9.8.1984.]
