Section 48(2) in Tamil Nadu Urban Land Tax Act, 1966
(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance including any notification issued, rules and appointments made and returns furnished shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.[ [The First Schedule] [The present Schedule was substituted by section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Urban Land Tax (Amendment) Act, 1975 (Tamil Nadu Act 49 of 1975).
