Section 18(1) in The Bengal Suppression Of Immoral Traffic Act, 1933
(1)When an order has been passed by a Juvenile Court or a Magistrate under section 14 for the custody of a girl, such Court or Magistrate may order the parent or other person liable to maintain the girl to contribute to her maintenance, if able to do so, in the prescribed manner.
