Section 15(3)(k) in The Maharashtra Land Revenue (Boundaries Boundary Marks) Rules, 1969

(k)The decision of the District Inspector on any matter connected with the election shall, subject to an appeal to the Superintendent of Land Records to be made within seven days from the date of the election, be final.
