Section 7(1) in The M.P. Ayurvedic, Unani Tatha Prakritik Chikitsa Vyavasayi Rules, 1973
(1)Any practitioner whose name is on the electoral rolls of a Revenue Commissioner's Division and who is not disqualified under Section 6 of the Act may be nominated as a candidate for election for the Revenue Commissioner's Division.
