Section 30(2) in Rajasthan Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2011
(2)Shelter homes shall include:(a)short-stay homes for children needing temporary shelter, care and protection for a maximum period of one year,(b)transitional homes providing immediate care and protection to a child for a maximum period of four months,(c)24 hour drop-in-centres for children needing day care or night shelter facility.
