Section 13(12) in The Haryana and Punjab Agricultural Universities Act, 1970
(12)The members of the Board shall not be entitled to receive any remuneration for the performance of their functions under this Act except such daily and travelling allowances as may be prescribed:Provided that nothing herein shall affect the emoluments or other conditions of service of theVice-Chancellor.
