Section 4(1) in West Bengal Protection of Interest of Depositors in Financial Establishments Act, 2013
(1)Every financial establishment shall intimate the Competent Authority about its business in the area of jurisdiction of such Authority in such form, in such manner and within such time, as may be prescribed.
