Section 29(1) in Doctor Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University Uttar Pradesh Act, 2005
(1)The Registrar shall be a whole-time officer of the [University] [Substituted for 'Sansthan' by U.P. Act 35 of 2006, Section 2.]. He shall be appointed by the State Government from amongst the senior administrative officers of the State.
