Section 85(1) in Management and Working of the Forests

(1)A register of all forest buildings in Form No. 29 is to be maintained in every divisional office, one page being allotted to each building and when applying for sanction to the writing off of a building the Divisional Forest Officer should provide full particulars of the building. The annual sanctioned amount for repairs of each building should only be shown in the Register of buildings while the actual cost of repairs of each building should be shown on a separate comparative statement in the annexed Form given below. -Register showing the expenditure incurred annually on the maintenance of building in................................Division.
