                                  Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the
                     Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing
                     respondents 1 and 2 on the basis of the petitioner's
                     representation dated 25.04.2022 to cancel the forged partition
                     release deed vide document No.3350/2018 dated 04.06.2018
                     created by respondents 3 to 11 within the stipulated time
                     period fixed by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the registration of the petition mentioned documents. She has given a complaint before the first respondent. The first respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass final order within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The first respondent shall put the private respondents and all the interested parties on notice before passing final order. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
