Section 40 in The Merchant Shipping (Prevention of Pollution by Oil from Ships) Rules, 2010
40. Fee.
- The Fee for surveys and issue of International Oil Pollution Prevention Certificate of the Indian Oil Pollution Prevention certificates shall be as specified in the First Schedule.
