14. Flow Measurement, its record and periodic evaluation of flow measuring device.
- The procedure for accurate flow measurement, its proper record, periodic evaluation of measuring devices and ascertaining the volume of water for a period in which measuring device is out of order shall be as specified in Annexure-3.
