Section 3 in The Punjab Infrastructure (Development & Regulation) Act, 2002
3. Private Participation.
- Any person may participate in the accomplishment of the infrastructure projects in terms of the provisions of this Act:Provided that where participation is sought by any person by participating in disinvestment process, the provisions of this Act shall not apply :Provided further that any authority or body, constituted to implement such disinvestment, may seek assistance from the Authority, Board, Committee or the Project Management Team as the case may be.
