MR. SANJEEV KAUSHIK, MEMBER(J):-

1. Learned counsel representing the respondent No. 3 made a statement at the bar that he has been informed telephonically by the respondents that the request of the petitioner as ordered by this court to count his past military service, has been accepted and the relevant financial benefits shall be released within a period of four weeks.

2. In view of the statement suffered by the counsel for the respondent No. 3, no contempt is made out. Hence, the present CP is closed. Notices stand discharged. We expect the respondents to release the relevant amount admissible to the petitioner within prescribed time.
