Section 51 in The Calcutta Metropolitan Water And Sanitation Authority Act, 1966
51. Supply of water to ships. -
The Authority shall on demand supply every ship leaving the Port of Calcutta with a reasonable quantity of water for use on the voyage, at such charge as the Authority may from time to time fix by regulations.
