- The State Government may, by notification, delegate their powers under all or any of the provisions of this Act except Clause (a) of Sub-section (1) of Section 3, Section 5, Section 11 and Section 14 to be exercised by any officer or authority as the State Government may deem fit:Provided that in exercise of such powers the officer or authority concerned shall remain subject to the control of the State Government and to such directions as they may issue from time to time in that behalf.
