Section 7(2) in The Orissa Motor Vehicles Rules, 1993
(2)The person holding such driving licence shall keep such licence issued to him in safe custody and shall produce the same before any authority, authorised in this behalf on demand for verification thereof for the purpose of the Act and these rules.
