7. Enquiry and trial.
- No offence punishable under this Act shall be inquired into or tried by any Court inferior to that of [XXX] [The words 'a Presidency Magistrate or' were omitted by the Andhra Adaptation of Laws (Amendment) Order, 1954.] a Magistrate of the first or second class.
