Hon'ble Mr. Raj Vir Sharma, Member (J) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. Shri Ajesh Luthra, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in OA No.3592/2017 this Tribunal has passed the order on 23rd October, 2017 directing the respondents to process the case of the applicant on the basis of discussions and directions made in the OAs referred in the said OA. He further submitted that a similar directions may be issued in this matter also.

3. Shri Hanu Bhaskar, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that complete result has been declared. We have seen the order passed in OA No.3592/2017.

4. In view of the aforementioned order passed by us, we dispose of this OA also with the same directions given in the aforementioned OA No.3592/2017.
