11. Time-limit for making representations.
- The notice shall specify a reasonable time within which the trustee should submit his representations and, if any representations are received, [a date for an inquiry into those representations may be fixed in the discretion of the Assistant Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, Joint Commissioner or the Commissioner, as the case may be] [Substituted by G.
