Section 26(1) in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Solar Energy Sources) Regulations, 2010
(1)The Capacity Utilisation Factor (CUF) for Solar Photovoltaic (PV), Rooftop Solar PV and other Small Solar Power Projects shall be 19 Percent:Provided that the Commission may deviate from above norm in case of project specific tariff determination in pursuance of Regulation 7 and Regulation 8.
